Jessi Moreno, Sacramento CA native, former Executive Chef, now business owner of Pavis Creation’s creates beautifully arranged cheese and charcuterie boards along with curated foods to be shared with loved ones for any occasion.
“She believes food is a vehicle to grow consciousness around our environments and the impact human beings make within the planet as well as the connections we value.”
Jessi’s passion for food was born from the roots of her immigrant parents of Mexico which instilled the belief that one must treat food with respect from the moment it is sourced. For this reason, Pavis Creation’s has been a passion project to help support local farmers and promote sustainability by valuing the importance of honoring the resources available and using what we have locally here with intention.
